      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got this issue yet again it got stuck on homepage and rv listings and all the channels went off air for no reason Tried ringing sky they were closed&amp;nbsp; tried a restart got it up and running and after that it went back to please wait for programme to load yet again playing up tonight the puck many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same issue (400Mb connection only stream streaming) and even re-created the issue with Sky on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No fix - we just have to wait for Sky to fix their content delivery system or firmware to puck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last night, it happened for a solid 10 minutes on all channels but a few.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggested fixes (which I have tried)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wired connection&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky DNS&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Replacement puck&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your not the only one then it comes up when flicking through most channels and black screen states please wait whilst we load your programme nothing happens technical issues please come back later but I switched the hub off and that same message came up please wait whilst we load your programme after switching off the hub so that is down to the hub oh well thanks for that info though&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We get this fairly often and mostly when selecting "watch programme from start". We're on Hyperoptic fibre which is, as far as I believe, prone to issues with Sky (or vis-versa). No idea what the fix maybe except getting rid of Sky or Hyperoptic&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the sky glass/puck looses packets quite often? This is down to a bad Internet connection.&amp;nbsp; I have rebooted my router twice a week and it seems to have cured it (somewhat) I think another problem could be poor software being sent out to the puck? Either way it's a sky problem and they should be addressing it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;same problem here, nothing wrong with my wifi, as usual sky wash there hands of any problem with their equipment and blame poor internet connection when cleraly there is a fault within their pucks, i have two with the same problem everyday i get this&amp;nbsp;message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please wait for your programme to load&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;happens every time within 1-2&amp;nbsp; hours of resetting them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shame I can't cancel due not fit for purpose reasons but hey , i will cancel at end of contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for posting&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There's no clear evidence that there's anything inherently wrong with the Pucks - for most, they work reliably. Sky are generally amenable to you cancelling mid term without penalty if you're having problems that you've reported and that are unresolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Many use wifi, like Myself and get no connection problems at all using wifi with Sky Stream pucks, especially if you set up a good local network environment and make sure the Sky Stream puck is placed well for reducing any local stability interference.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ethernet can still suffer from problems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Obviously best for your ethernet cable to go straight from the Sky Stream box to your router and using a cat5e cable or higher if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it goes through an unmanaged switch, sometimes the switches can cause issues and make sure they are not via any extension with surge protection (that is not always as good as it seems) or through a pair of power line adapters, that can sometimes cause local network issues and may need a check/restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If using ethernet, make sure you change to the following Sky Stream puck settings:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn wifi OFF under Network if connected via ethernet.&lt;BR /&gt;Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do make any of the above settings changes, make sure you do a settings restart after doing so, as that ensures the option has been set correctly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do that:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
