Every single time I try to use sky stream it freezes and doesn't work. This has been happening for around a week now. I am unable to watch Netflix or anything for more than 20 minutes without it freezing and turning off

If it already is out in the open and you are connected via Wifi, its worth seeing if you get a more stable connection via ethernet. You should plug the cable in, disable the Wifi in the puck's settings and then reboot the puck using the instructions below and see if that helps. Alternatively if you are using ethernet, try the reverse of the instructions .

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

What is your broadband speed and what other devices do you have connected to the Internet, to watch programs on the puck you need a minimum of 25mps for hd channels and a minimum of 35mps to watch uhd channels, and the more devices you have the weaker the signal is to each one, unless you have a high speed broadband speed

Originally it was a rather unrealistic 10Mbs for HD: this was revised in 2023.

Yes it was but even at 40mps to the tv / if you have other devices or not they can still freeze and an ethernet cable connection is more stable than a wifi one I have sky gigafast broadband 900mps
