I have noitced that whenever I stop watching ITV x and go back to normal TV the screen is pixalating constantly and only solution is to unplug it and wait then plug it back in - very frustrating

ITVX is a notoriously memory hungry app.
Do you fully exit and close the app when you're finished with it or just press the home button to get back to the Sky OS Home Screen?
It's always worthwhile fully quitting apps when you've finished using them otherwise they stay open in the background on Sky's servers, potentially slowing things downs and causing pixelation on other content.
