Can you connect it to your router using an ethernet cable (and turn WiFi off on the puck's network settings) to see if it is functional?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;May be a coincidence but today for the very first time my Stream said there was no WiFi connection which is weird because I connect via Ethernet and WiFi is turned off!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the same issue for 18months, I'm connected via ethernet, ive reset, updated, recovered the puck, I'm on my 3rd puck now, I've had engineers out, ive upgraded to full fibre and sky max, still no better, they keep asking about my wifi and broadband and don't seem to listen when I say my phones, ipad, laptop, alexa, ring doorbell ALL work fine, I've ever watched sky on my iPad when the puck says broadband is down! There is an inherent problem with the design of them, I never had issues like this with the Q box, waiting for my contract to expire now....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They will let you leave any long term streaming TV contract early, penalty-free, as long as you have followed their troubleshooting advice and can show that it doesn't work, which clearly you have done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
