      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4413185"&gt;@BAVG&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Good advice from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/460386"&gt;@mikealanr&lt;/a&gt;, you can also go to Settings on Sky Stream and then Network and it will tell you there if you have a good speed. &amp;nbsp;Also make sure if you are not connected via an Ethernet cable that your router and puck have a direct line of site and neither have objects near them. &amp;nbsp; It worked for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
