I have changed my batteries on my sky stream remote not working can adjust the volume and mute so there it is working however no response on the screen for browsing and changing channels ?

If you have not already done so, try re-pairing your remote;

On your Sky remote:

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue.

Just had three days messing with this.

Set up my stream it found the remote for my samsung TV and everying first time.

Had to reset the box and then the remote again.

However this time it just refused to find the TV tried all the suggestions above

and more,wouldnt find TV when I tried the model number (Which it did the first time)

Even tried a new remote and nothing

Eventually after about 3 days of on and off messing I tried the code again plyed about with

the numbers eventually a samsung code came up ,not for my TV but I pressed on that one

and it finally worked
