New installation - remote control query

I have a new Sky installation booked via USwitch. I have had a Sky Stream Puck today which included one remote control. I have three TV's and my question is how or when do I receive the additional remote controls? I tried the Sky Chatbot without success.

@Andrew34341 Have you only ordered one puck? If you have three TV's you will need a puck for each and a Whole Home subscription.

Your Sky Puck connects to one tv, so only one remote is required.

If you've ordered 3 Pucks - one for each TV - you'll be sent 3 remotes.

Thank you for the clarification, I understand now. I am new to Sky and that was not explained to me by USwitch.

@Andrew343411 You can order more Stream pucks from Sky but I believe each will cost you £39.99. Then you have another extra £8-£10 per month for a Whole Home subscription.
