Activate Sky Stream

I had my Sky Stream puck delivered the day before yesterday and installed it last night.
Everything was going great until I followed the steps to activate the puck.
Each time I followed the QR code, and even typed in the web address, the page was showing as 'restricted'.

If I go into my account, my orders etc. the puck is showing as delivered and awaiting activation.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Make sure you are signed into your My Sky account at

https://www.sky.com/mysky

During the setup you must use the same email that is registered to your Sky Stream account.

Go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate

There you can enter your activation code that appears on thescreen during the setup.
