This can now be checked in 'Settings' then 'Network'. When you restart the puck do you do it via the 'Settings' menu by going to 'Sysyem management' and 'Resets & updates'? I hope that helps.

Why do I loose the picture when the program I'm watching reaches a break and I have to restart the puk to get it to work again. When I check on my sky for faults it says everything is working fine?

Had the puk for a good few months now and it does this on a daily!

When I restart the puk I do it via the settings tab.

The puk is wired direct into the router and to the TV with the relevant cables.

Quite often the voice sync is out and needs adjusting in the settings. But the thing that bothers me most is watching a program/film on any channel and as soon as an ad break starts the screen either pixelates or goes green and then you have to restart the puk in the settings.

Not impressed so far!
