Are you able to confirm your broadband speed and what your puck is receiving?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do this latter by opening netflix &amp;gt; going to the left hand menu &amp;gt; get help? &amp;gt; Connectivity check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try this a few times and take an average but for reference Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
