Fast Forward not working correctly

Ok, new to sky stream, we have two pucks, on the first fast forward works as it should from the "circle" on the remote no problem. On the second using the circle just highlights the position on the program and brings up play, rewind, and fast forward, you have to select one to rewind or fast forward at x2, x4 x8 etc. Why does the second not work same as the forst remote/puck just using the circle to do same?

It should work identically to your other puck. Try powering off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance and trying again. If still not working repair the remote as per step 2 here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

Are you able to confirm all other buttons are working as expected? If not you will need a replacement as per: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass-wrong-menu
