topic Sky puck in Sky Stream

Almost every time I switch my sky tv on (sky puck - code ending DC) the tv does not work on all channel. It says unable to load. Eventually it loads and then immediately freezes and continues to repeat a patter on freezing every few seconds meaning the TV is unwatchable. I have had the puck for months in the same place and it has been fine, however over the last week the tv is unwatchable. Nothing had changed at home.

Hi @KarlW1991

It is likely your router may have auto updated the channel. It would be worth turning your puck off and router for a few minutes. If it's still not working try running a speed test in netflix to ensure your puck is getting the minimum 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.

You can do this by opening netflix menu > get help? > Connection check.

It might also be worth going into the settings on your puck and turning ON "Networked Standby mode" and turning OFF "overnight power save". Both in startup and standby.

MikeAlanR
