My sky tv keeps coming up with Technical fault with this programme on all channels and recoded programs. Does anyone know why. This seems to started happening after having Sky Fibre 300 connected for WiFi? The only way I can get rid of this is to turn off everything including WiFi hub and then reconnecting but this takes ages and I then have to reconnect everything including WiFi hub the house also Hive? I am at my wits end with frustration. Elaine

Can you try connecting the puck to the router with an Ethernet cable (whilst turning off WiFi in the puck settings )

If the you don't get the issue anymore then your wifi signal is strong / consistent enough

Hi I have just had sky fibre 300 fitted and I keep checking the strength of the signal which seems to be ok and everything else in the house is working fine. I wonder if my Sky q box has become faulty. I will try your suggestion though. Thanks

Stream is a little more sensitive to wifi inconsistencies than other devices .......
