      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying initial set up of stream puck. Message is: Anynet+ device is not connected. Please check connection and retry.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;we still have Three Broadband as the contract still runs till December when we will change to Sky. Is this the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We are pensioners and not savvy with technology. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We got it working. Switched the puck off and on again and it took us through the set up. No mention of doing that on the HELP section.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
