I had the Sky Stream for over 2 years now. I have the basic package and could watch & add films on Movies24 to my playlist & watch them back UNTIL the last few weeks. When planning view and adding Movies24 films to my playlist, nowhere does it states they come under SkyCinema. When I try and watch them back, I cant because I can only watch the, back if I have Sky Cinema. Why the change? Why can I add them to my playlist, when they are not Sky Cinema but they are then converted to Sky Cinema before i can watch them?

I record loads on those kind of channels.

This happens when a movie is currently available on multiple live channels or on apps.

Scroll down form the top image of your programme in the Playlist and you will see the Available now tile or under that Play on app or a channel. Select one of those for the channel you want to play it for.

Sky, along with other channels and Apps often promote their own services to get it placed on that top image.

Thank you for the reply. Sorry for the delay but work gets in the way.

I done as you suggested but still cant watch the films Ive added from Movies24 as they all want me to subscribe to Sky Cinema. I tried removing a film then re adding it again from Movies24 but it makes no difference. Maybe I am doing something wrong 🤷‍♀️.

I have seen this happen on mine recently. Really annoying so wont continue my subsciption as gives a false impression its on movies 24 when it isnt ,
