Stream box, is it brought with installer or sent by post?

I'm having sky stream and broadband installed on Friday. I've just received the router in the mail but not the stream puck.
will no this be brought by the installer, or should I have received it in the post also?

Your Sky Stream box will be delivered by the DPD courier.

The night before delivery you will to receive a tracking email from DPD.

My issue isn't installing it, it's not receiving it with the router delivery. Hence my question..... will it be delivered separately or brought by the sky installer when they come?

@smudger1234 Sorry that is what I meant, an installer doesn't come, you just plug it in and connect to your internet and follow the onscreen instructions.

Ok thanks. However, I still haven't got the puck. On Friday someone from Sky is coming to install the router. Will they bring the puck with them or should I expect another delivery of the Sky Stream Puck? As said, I've already received the router in the post.

While they are co-sold on the Sky website, Sky Stream and Sky Broadband are entirely separate products with different contracts, T&C's, logistics and commissioning process.

Are you sure it's a router you've received and not a Stream puck? They are both small black plastic boxes...

Are you sure it's a router you've received and not a Stream puck? They are both small black plastic boxes...

if it's come through the post it would be the router, the pucks are delivered by DPD.
