      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid off my Streaming debt and it won't let me reinstate, it's now been 11 days and nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multiple calls to CS and all they tell me is it will be up and running in the next 48hr, a load of Tosh!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;11 days today since I paid and when I go to reinstate on my App I have a message saying 'something has gone wrong, try again later'!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;11 bloody days! I'm going to pull the plug on this poor system and go elsewhere because im paying for something im not getting!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I appreciate the guidelines, I've been a Sky VIP for over 5 years now so im very experienced on what I need to do to get my services up and running! Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fact that my account is stuck in some sort of loop and I have been PROMISED by 4 SCS Ops that I'll have my services running and it's been 11 days with nothing but the same message!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again I appreciate your input but I have tried literally everything and still nothing!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have complained and they have given me £24 off my next bill which was ok I guess but still I have no TV services!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also it depends how long for were in arrears for. If it was longer than 2 weeks it's quite possible you will need to pay the following months bill as well before the service will be restored.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
