45min+ wait times

Anyone else experiencing long wait times to speak to a customer service agent in Ireland? Initially I gave up after 15min, and have now been on speaker phone for almost 50min now... just to Join Sky TV/Stream... is new business not wanted?

Can you not sign up online, to avoid you having to call?

Not from the looks of it in Ireland... directs you straight to their customer service line after putting the items in the basket

Hi @Brewski83 I have no experience of dealing with Sky customer Services in Ireland but in England when you mention to the chatbot that you want to take a new service it seems to get you through to the CS team pretty quickly.

In England apparently the quieter times to phone are 7-8 am or 8-9 pm but don't know if that will be the case in Ireland or not.
