Everyday we need to reset tv as sound and picture go out of sync

Hi @Emsie77 and welcome to the forum. I thought the Lip Sync issue had been resolved as it was a major issue until Sky released an update a few weeks ago which seemed to cure it for most subscribers. I have not had any lip sync for a good few weeks.

Try different audio settings (Settings > Picture and sound > sound > Digital audio output HDMI). Most people found that PCM or Passthrough worked best but in my case I found Dolby Digital Plus improved the lip sync problems.

Also, if you see that the lip sync is out a quick flip to another channel and back again always got mine back in sync.
