Hello,

Is anyone having an issue with ad skip/fast forward? On a puck today, as soon as a program starts, if I press FF or ad skip,.it goes to exactly 43 minutes of the programme, plays for a couple of seconds, then returns to the home screen with it marked as played.

Not yet tried this on the Glass downstairs.

Anyone else started seeing this? Was working fine last night.

Try a reboot in the first instance. Also what program? Have you tried others etc?

Yeah, I've done the reboot, and it was on several channels.👍

Just to say for anyone experiencing the same problem. The problem wasn't repeated on my SkyGlass. So rebooted the puck fully again, resolved!

Unfortunately Sky Stream has a few oddities.
