These are loaned to you and need to be returned if you leave Sky or cancel whole home.

You can do this via mysky app, website or by calling sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the community.

MikeAlanR

If the other TVs are further from your router and you want to use WiFi, make sure the signal is strong enough. If it isn't then you may want to invest in a WiFi mesh system or try powerline adapters to get the broadband connection to each puck.

They were £20 to purchase when Stream first launched as a standalone product in October 2022 - that's what I paid for mine anyway. I later sold it for £80 on eBay!

Interesting

Part of it will be delivery costs and a small if I recall 5% may be an import tax to Jersey.

A quick look and delivery with DPD of such an item to UK and Jersey is around £17.

Quite a hit that for Sky, but I'm sure it's costed into the subs somewhere 😀

From what I have seen on here, if the one your replacing is your only device and Primary device (Sky Glass or Sky Stream), then yes.

But, if you have another active Puck or Sky Stream, they should hold the changed pin info.
