Disney app doesn't recognise my email address when logging in. Disney has confirmed my subscription by the email I am using!

Now when I try to log in, the sign in screen keeps returning to the beginning. Does not allow me to login at all. Very annoying as they have my subscription but no service!!

Hello,

It's frustrating that the Disney+ app doesn't recognize your confirmed subscription email! Double-check for typos in the app, try the "Forgot Password" option, and see if you have a different www mcdvoice com MyDisney account. Ensure the app is updated, and try logging in on the website.

Tried all these although no option showed to let me use forgotten password option.
