      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes we have been watching paramount plus not had an issue but now when I try a it doesn't let me sign in then when I've tried to view my products on my sky it comes up with an error code! :-/! Really fed up since having this for the month always had sky q never an issue now we've moved close to trees we can't hve sky q due to no signal! I mean we're 2025 right?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've had various issues when I've tried to launch Episode 8 directly from the playlist and Paramount+ app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What is the error code you are getting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assume you have tried a restart of your Sky Stream box;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would recommend a reboot of your broadband router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plus try a refresh of your Sky Stream apps;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;/LI&gt;
