My sky stream puck just will not turn on, there is no light. I have tried everything that sky have reccomended and still nothing.

How long have you had your puck, and have you tried the following trying it in a different plug socket, and have you changed the fuse in the plug, is the power cable pushed in fully is the power cable damaged

I know you have said you have tried everything.

But, do try the recovery procedure (sometimes it needs trying it a few times) as detailed in step 4 in this Sky help article;
