Sky puck changing channels

Our sky stream puck keeps randomly changing channels or sometimes it looks like someone is pressing the number buttons and it's turned it's self off once. Tried resetting it ect..

Turn it off at the mains for a couple of minutes or complete a reset in the settings manual - see if that helps

If you have already tried restarting, via a power restart or in settings could be a stuck remote control button.

Remove the batteries from the remote and give each button a good press to loosen.

Put batteries back in and try a re pair of the remote;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue

Nothing helps, we've reset it and restarted it many times, it's ongoing for months now

Has anything been spilt on the remote? Something sticky, like pop etc.?
