Sky Stream Puck WiFi Connection

The sky stream puck I have is infuriating.

Every time I turned it off it would lose WiFi connection (connection in the house to other devices is fine). So I factory reset and put an Ethernet cable to it. Same issue. It says no WiFi even though I've selected Ethernet.

It will work for a while at times then freeze and require a full unplug and plug back in.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Also changectge Start Up and Stanby setting to allow the puck to remain networked in standby and turn off the eco networking setting as both of these help with stability.

Hi, thankyou both very much for your replies, really appreciate your time.

I have indeed done the above. And it is still giving the same problems.

Does it sound like a tech fault with the puck? My sky glass downstairs is working perfectly on WiFi.

I am having a similar problem. I have tried the previous fixes but to no avail. The puck randomly disconnects me and I have to do a full reboot to get it working again.

Is there a fix for this?

Ps everything was working fine till I re contracted a few days ago.
