      <description>Ever since I got sky stream installed I have never been able to use it on my tv, as it just stops after 5 mins of watching, I have tried all the help links &amp;amp; even received a new puck, but it just doesn't work! I was watching it on my tablet via sky go but I can't do that now as tablet needs a repair. I have been paying for a service that doesn't even work. How do I go about cancelling out of my 31 days ?
