Home and Away switches to 5Star

My wife wants to add Home and Away to her playlist. When I do this from the Channel 5 schedule and then go to the playlist they show up as 5Star streamed episodes. That's fine but we paid for skip adverts and this doesn't seem to work on 5Star.

Is it possible to stop the play list picking up the 5Star episodes and only show the Channel 5 episodes.

Have you tried going direct to the 5 streaming app, rsther than the Playlist?

Yeah I did that and yes it works and the advert skip works as normal.

But im trying to convince my wife that Sky Stream is the future and ditch the Humax Hard drive. So why does Sky keep presenting these anomalies. Why does the playlist keep using the 5Star version and not the Channel 5. If I could somehow delete the playlist request for 5Star and leave the Channel 5 that would be ok. But no it keeps presenting the 5Star episodes. Ugh

@Jad22 note that home and away returns to its normal slot on channel 5 1:45 from tomorrow (12th may)

I don't know for sure but the reason you might be experiencing this is because home and away wasn't broadcast at all on channel 5 on Wednesday 7th Thursday 8th and Friday 9th may and were solely broadcast on 5star

Oh wow OK, must admit that figures. I did see strange recordings from 5 and 5Star around the dates you mention. Lets hope as of tomorrow things will settle down. Thanks for the heads up.
