Account doesn't exist?

Hello,

I had a sky account at my home for years using Sky Q. A couple of years ago I got a caravan and got sky stream installed. We've now cancelled sky at the home and only have sky at the caravan. Problem is since that I'm no longer able to use Sky Go as when logging in it says I don't have a sky subscription. Seemingly the account at my caravan doesn't exist? There is no account number on any bills.

@Keith145 Are you signed in to sky go using the same credentials as your sky stream account?

That's the problem we don't know the account number for the sky stream account we are just using the log in credentials from the sky Q account. But the account number for the stream account isn't anywhere.

@Keith145 Have you had any emails from Sky when you set up Stream confirming you are now live?
