      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had my glass TV and puk installed yesterday and when I go onto any Chanel's apart from normal TV the puk just freezes or turns of, yes I've done what it says on the app, this is a joke not even a day and it's playing up,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What&amp;nbsp; is your&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; speed&amp;nbsp; you need a minimum&amp;nbsp; of 25mps&amp;nbsp; for hd channels&amp;nbsp; and 35mps&amp;nbsp; for&amp;nbsp; uhd&amp;nbsp; channels, I&amp;nbsp; have 2 55inch&amp;nbsp; tvs&amp;nbsp; gen 1 and&amp;nbsp; gen 2 a puck and l g smart tv&amp;nbsp; sky live camera, personal computer, laptop, tablet, 3 mobile phones&amp;nbsp; 3 alexers, I&amp;nbsp; have gigafast&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; 900mps&amp;nbsp; and I&amp;nbsp; never have&amp;nbsp; had no problems, you can check your&amp;nbsp; speed to the puck by going&amp;nbsp; on Netflix&amp;nbsp; app&amp;nbsp; go to&amp;nbsp; help and click on that and go to check my network and run&amp;nbsp; it, it will tell you what&amp;nbsp; speed&amp;nbsp; you&amp;nbsp; are&amp;nbsp; getting to&amp;nbsp; the puck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
