Can't View uGold or uAlibi

I'm based in Ireland and recently signed up to Sky Stream.

I have the following:

Sky Essential TV

Netflix Basic

Sky Sports

Sports Extra

discovery+ Standard

When I go to view Alibi or Gold, I'm told I need to purchase a subscription. However, I can't see an option to purchase anything additional that looks relevant on Sky.com.

Does anyone know how I can solve this? It seems impossible to speak with a human in Sky these days.

Your subscription doesn't include those channels that's why

You need to upgrade from Essential TV to Ultimate TV. The essential TV is just a smaller number of free to air channels.

Thanks for the responses. Looking at options for upgrading, I don't see Sky Ultimate. Maybe it's not available in Ireland.

I have everything bar Movies and Kids according to Sky.com, neither of which I need.

If you have sky essentials you do not have everything bar sports and movies I am afraid

Sky Ultimate TV is a available subscription option in Republic of Ireland

There are two base packs to choose from:

1. Sky Essential TV: Includes Sky Atlantic, Netflix Standard (with Ads), discovery+, and 90+ additional channels.

2. Sky Ultimate TV: Includes everything in Essential TV, plus 42 premium channels like Sky Max, U&Gold, Sky Witness, and more.
