SKY Stream CHANNEL 101

Channel 101 BBC keeps jumping to another random channel mid program . Anyone else having this issue . Have to do a reboot to stop it .

If you go into the puck settings you can do a restart of the puck or pull the plug for 30 seconds @tvboy55 If it keeps happening then I would contact Sky directly

Thanks that is what I am doing . Will contact Sky if it carries on much longer .

It's strange as I've not heard off this happening before. You could try a factory reset but it's not advisable without the assistance of Sky due to some people running into issues after. @tvboy55

It's only just started happening not sure if we have had a firmware update recently . I have done factory resets in the past thanks very familiar with them .
