    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, the fault happens after selected live program has entered IPlayer to start from beginning. &amp;nbsp;Occasionally refuses to play program from start, particularly if close to end of live program. &amp;nbsp; Last night whilst watching episode on 5, program kept freezing repeatedly. &amp;nbsp;Forced to switch off and unplug Puck for several mins then restart everything. &amp;nbsp;No code with Sky technical message other than please try later. &amp;nbsp;This happens frequently. &amp;nbsp;Broadband speed test using mobile near TV suggests varying speeds between 45 and 55. &amp;nbsp;Trying your suggestion, nothing to indicate reboot happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this message appearing after BBC iPlayer has loaded and does&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;it show a four number error code?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would suggest first trying a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not resolve it, refresh your apps;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;/LI&gt;
