My sky puck has nothing can't connect to internet. It's a wired connection and we are using the internet as always

@Chippan69 I presume you are referring to Sky Stream not Sky Go?
If you can talk us through what is happening that would help and we may be able to advice you.

My stream dies every day, and needs restarting but today it took 4 hours of regular testing to get a connection.

i gave up in the WiFi connection as it never picked up the WiFi, so got a WiFi extender behind the unit and plugged it in.
I just can't seem to get a fluid and stable connection.

You need to try connecting the stream puck to the router via a Ethernet connection

Sky Go isn't available on the Sky stream puck.
