Sky Stream randomly turns off and is unresponsive

I've had a Sky Stream puck for three months now and have experienced it randomly shutting off when I'm watching a programme. The remote will then be unresponsive - the puck doesn't appear to be overheating.

Was this resolved? Having exact same issue. Have already done a full reset and update, but still randomly turning off and unresponsive. Only solution is to pull the power cord out
