Paramount plus not working on sky stream

My paramount pkus app is not working on my sky stream its asking me to login when i do its states signed in. No active subsciptions however when i go onto my billings it is invluded as i have sky cinema how can i get this working please.

@Josietee1 does the paramount plus app work as expected on other devices?

If you login to Paramount plus on another device and go to your profile what does it say under the subscription status?
