Sky stream problems with 3 WiFi hub

Hi all - I hope someone can help!

We have recently moved and temporarily (well for the next few months) have a 3 wifi hub (ZTE model). Our sky stream will not recognise our account when we connect to the 3 hub. Sky technical been no help so far.
Strange thing is that we can connect the puck to either of our mobiles (both also on 3) and it connects to our sky account fine!

is there something in the 3 WiFi hub settings that I need to change? It is infuriating !

@Dog_Mum Have you been into the settings > network menu on your Sky puck and reset your network. You will need the password for your new 3 hub. The Sky puck is probably trying to access your old network.
