      <title>Issue with Netflix Standard</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently joined Sky. Netflix included with package. Previuosly with BT which also included Netlix.. When Netflix stopped working, telephoned Slky Help. Spoke with Jeff,&amp;nbsp; he suggested rejoining Netflix and paying by DD £5.99, which Sky would refund !!&amp;nbsp; Have failed to resolve issue with Sky and next DD will be paid in May. If I cancel DD then Netlix will stop and I shall be back to square 1. How do I resolve this ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
