You may need to turn on CEC / HDMI controls on your TV. Also is the please wait message from your TV or Puck - you will need to clarify in order for the community to be able to assist. Press on/off first turns on tv but then tells you HDMI is not connected. Press button again for short time sometimes connects sometimes asked PLEASE WAIT nothing happens. Turn off and try again , mostly works.
