Paramount + not loading/freeziing

Hi can anyone help please - we are having issues with paramount + not loading properly. SKY PUCK cotninues to play the cprevious program choice and loads the PP pic but we can here the other program running in the back ground.

Literally just happens on PP+

@999Natalie While I'm sure the Sky tec team will sort it for you have you tried refreshing your apps in Settings, System management, Resets & updates, and finally Refresh apps?

we did try that - it does appear to have improved a bit.
