I cannot watch my sky TV.

My sky TV handset is not connecting to the sky streaming box. I have changed the batteries and turned everything off and on again but it's still not working. Usually when I put the TV on the light flashes on the sky streaming box but it isn't now.

@Nik1-

To pair the new remote do the following:

Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode). A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.
