    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to phone Sky to order, existing customers can't switch online, likely due to complications in the order process that invoked Sky having to cancel the satellite subscription before a Sky streaming subscription order can be placed ( as you can't have 2 Sky TV services at the same addresss).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It only offers sky glass&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have been a customer for 17 years and my dish has finally broken and we can no longer access roof.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i want to order sky stream - it's impossible on my account I do not get that option - it's painful&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You are not able as a current Sky Q customer to order online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
