Sky stream keeps freezing and won't switch off

My sky stream puck freezes and won't switch off at least 10 times a day it's not broadband speed I'm on Vodafone 910mbps and I have three other picks that work perfect I've tried reset it doesn't help amd the puck is all updated

May be a faulty puck if your other 3 are working fine

I would give sky a call, when you do and the automated system says we have sent you a link would you like to use it say no and you will get to talk to someone at sky about your issues

Just to be sure, swap the dodgy puck with one of the others and see if the issue persists on that puck or continues on the swapped puck.

I have done and it works fine till I try the dodgy one again

It could also be that where that puck is the wifi may not be getting the strong signal aswell

Also on the puck you are having problems with go to Netflix open the app scroll down to help open that go to check my network and run a test to see what speed that puck is getting
