Voice Control Not Working

For the past few weeks, the voice control function on my Sky Stream puck hasn't been working. I just get the message on screen "Sorry, I didn't quite catch that".

I've tried everything I can think of... restarted puck, replaced batteries in remote, repaired remote and even performed a full factory reset on the puck, but no change.

Anyone else have this issue or any ideas on how I could resolve?

What command are you giving the Puck?

Any command returns the same message. Some examples:

"Sky News"

"Show me the weather"

"Home"

"Open BBC iPlayer"

"Play House of the Dragon"

Perhaps there's an issue with the remote microphone .... if it was working and now not .... request a replacement remote from Sky🤔

Im having the same issue not matter how simple the command is i get the very same response every time. Did you resolve the issue ?

@Wiley5705 My remote wouldn't accept any voice commands a few days ago and a reboot got it working again.

Settings > system management > Resets & updates > restart device. It will take about 3 minutes to fully reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes until the Sky logo appears.
