discover+ can’t activate on stream

It says that I have discovery+ in my bundle.

I have tried the QR code and browser code and sky says "can't activate"

I tried through my sky at bottom of the tv screen but Discovery+ does not come up as an option

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Have you moved from Q to stream? I had to choose "get discovery plus" then sign in again with sky id and it reactivates it.
