Sky TV wont work

The puck light underneath is white but nothing else. No option on TV to select Sky. Tried resetting puck but no flashing lights come on. Remote works fine. Any ideas? Maybe need new puck. Not even a year old though!

I'll move your post as mention of a puck is definitely not a Sky Q issue.
