    <description>Hi, our sky stream puck keeps switching off. Then to turn it back on we have to unplug it and wait 20 seconds. It happens on all apps and live tv. We have it connected with ethernet so I know its not that. It's upto date on software too. Any ideas?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4374663"&gt;@-Nicola-&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I realise you have turned the puck off at the power for 20 seconds, however have you tried doing it from the Settings menu. &amp;nbsp;Settings is at the bottom of the Home page but is easier if you just say "Settings" into the voice control. Look for System management and select Resets &amp;amp; updates, then select Restart device. &amp;nbsp;I would not advice doing a factory reset unless specifically instructed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
