Your glass / puck needs constant speeds of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>You can check the speed you are getting by opening netflix&gt; go to left hand menu &gt; get help? &gt; Connection check.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Try running it a few times and take an average.
