If it's really generic (old Times New Roman style font) you might be having an issue with the server. I've had this in the past with Sky's website, and have found that opening the page in Private or Incognito mode makes it load correctly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So if that's the case&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Open up a private/incognito window in your browser&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Hopefully that works&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Otherwise, it would be really helpful if you can attach a screenshot of the error you're seeing so we're all on the same page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4373675"&gt;@Eve29&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp; There are a few things&amp;nbsp;you could try but if they don't help I would call Sky for some additional troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly make&amp;nbsp;sure you are&amp;nbsp;signed into your My Sky account at &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/mysky" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://www.sky.com/mysky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;and that during setup you are using the same email that is registered to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once logged in go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following link is to a setup help guide:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-help" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck but as I mentioned at the start of the post, call sky if you are still having issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
