I want to resubscribe to Stream TV

I have been going round in circles on the site, the app and the chat bot but can't find how to resubscribe to stream tv.

I have the puck and all I want to do is pay for another month.

Why is this so hard to do?

When I click on sky stream it says you already have it, I used to but I need to resubcribe. WHen I click on "Got to my sky" it sends my to the buy glass page.

can anyone help?

You'll need to ring Sky to do this. Annoying, I know. I think it's because pucks are now loaned to customers, not sold, so Sky need to speak to you to get a serial number or activation code from the puck you already have.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I tried to find a phone number on the site with no success.

I am now on a chat through: My Sky/Your Sky Bills/ Streaming TV BIll/ Previous bills. Then clicked help, go the virtual assistant and now someone is taking ages to get me what I want.

Now they're trying to sell me a 24 month contract!

This is ridculous and I can't wait for the contract to end.
